💖 Refund and Returns Policy

At ChicCase Lab, we want you to love your new phone case—here’s how our refund/return process works!

Overview

Our refund & return window is 30 days from the date you receive your order (not the purchase date). If 30 days have passed, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your phone case must:

• Be unused & undamaged (no scratches, dirt, or signs of wear—we can’t resell cases that look used!)
• Be in its original packaging (including any tags, protective wraps, or boxes)
• Include a receipt or order confirmation (we’ll need this to look up your purchase!)

Items That CAN’T Be Returned

These items are non-refundable (for obvious reasons!):

• Customized phone cases (personalized with names, photos, or unique designs—they’re one-of-a-kind!)
• Gift cards (sorry, these are final sale!)

How to Start a Return

Follow these 3 simple steps:

1. Email us at 3443364642@qq.com (subject: “Return Request + [Your Order Number]”)—tell us why you’re returning (we love feedback!)
2. We’ll share our return address with you (Shipping costs for returns are the sole responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for return)
3. Ship the case back to us (please pack it safely! We aren’t responsible for lost/damaged returns)

Refund Details

• Once we receive & inspect your return (usually 2-3 business days), we’ll email you to confirm approval.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method (this takes 3-7 business days, depending on your bank). Note: Refunds do NOT include any shipping fees paid by the customer for returns.

Partial Refunds (Sometimes!)

We may offer partial refunds for:

• Cases with minor, non-impactful wear (e.g., a tiny scuff that doesn’t affect use)
• Cases returned without original packaging (we’ll deduct a small fee to cover repackaging)
