1. Order Placement & Dispatch
Important Reminder: Please double check your desired phone case style, compatible phone model, and shipping address before placing your order.
- Dispatch Guarantee: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order placement.
- Modifications: Due to our rapid 24-hour fulfillment cycle, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order enters our system.
- Geographical Limitations: We currently fulfill and ship orders strictly to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Any orders placed with delivery addresses outside these designated regions will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.
