Our Responsibility
If you experience a product quality issue (e.g., arrived damaged) or received an incorrect model/style, ChicCase Lab will fully absorb all return shipping fees and expedite a free replacement or full refund.
Customer Responsibility
If the product delivered matches your order perfectly but you wish to return it (e.g., ordered wrong device size, or changed preference), the return shipping fees will be fully borne by the customer.
