1. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Destinations: To ensure the best logistical experience, ChicCase Lab currently provides premium shipping exclusively to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Delivery Timeframe: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Your package will arrive within 7 to 15 days (inclusive of fulfillment and transit time).
- Tracking: A confirmation email with an active tracking code will be dispatched shortly after your purchase.
2. Eligibility Window
- Standard return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your package.
- To qualify, items must remain unused, undamaged, and preserved in their original packaging. Customized editions are final sale.
3. Return Shipping Fees

If you experience a product quality issue (e.g., arrived damaged) or received an incorrect model/style, ChicCase Lab will fully absorb all return shipping fees and expedite a free replacement or full refund.
Customer Responsibility
If the product delivered matches your order perfectly but you wish to return it (e.g., ordered wrong device size, or changed preference), the return shipping fees will be fully borne by the customer.
