1. Order Placement Reminder
⚠️ Important: Please confirm your desired phone case style, compatible phone model, and shipping address BEFORE placing your order. Returns will incur shipping costs (fully borne by you), so we recommend double-checking all details to avoid unnecessary returns.
2. Products & Pricing
- We strive to provide accurate product descriptions (style, material, compatible phone models) for our phone cases. Minor visual differences may occur due to lighting/device display.
- Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without prior notice (we will not adjust prices for orders already placed).
- All payments are processed securely via supported methods: PayPal, Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer worldwide shipping. Your order will be delivered within 15 days from the date of your order placement (including processing time).
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email (with tracking number) once your order is dispatched.
- ChicCase Lab is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by you.
4. Returns & Refunds
Our return/refund policy aligns with our Refund and Returns Policy (key rules below):
- Return window: 30 days from the date you receive your order (unused, undamaged, in original packaging required).
- Shipping costs for ALL returns are the SOLE responsibility of the customer (no exceptions, regardless of the reason for return).
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3-7 business days after we inspect and approve the return.
- Customized phone cases & gift cards are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
5. Limitation of Liability
- ChicCase Lab is not liable for indirect/consequential damages (e.g., phone damage from improper case use, lost profits) arising from our products.
- Our liability for any order is limited to the total amount paid for that order.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on ChicCase Lab (product photos, logos, descriptions) is the intellectual property of ChicCase Lab. You may not copy, distribute, or use it without our written permission.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website/products after changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
